The landscape of Montecorice is characterised by enclosures, terraces and courtyards.

Montecorice is crossed by three rivers: Rivo Arena, Rivo Roviscelli and Rivo Lapis. The landscape is beautiful thanks to the wonderful colours of its coast, characterised by the Aleppo pine woods that make the hill brighter. The ancient part of the town is at the feet of this hill, on the sea. On the seaside there are the palaces of the most important families of Montecorice: each house has its own tower. During the summer there are many visitors in this part of the town: they give new life to a place really silent during the winter. A new tourist port was built and it has given a new aspect to the coast, less wild than before.

San Biagio Church is very interesting, it was built in XVI century and has only a nave, with a barrel – vault.

During the summer, in August, there is a very nice festival: visitors can taste the typical products of the area, handmade pasta, fish, wines, cakes. The inhabitants are dressed with the typical old costumes and sing and dance traditional music and dances.
