It is situated at the feet of Marzano Mount, in a charming location. It dominates Valle del Sele and is surrounded by a wonderful nature. The territory is full of parks and meadows with protected oasis (on Eremita e Marzano mountains, covered by beeches and alders, with kites, buzzards and wolves) with new woods. One of the most important products of these area is black truffle. In October there is a really interesting show-market for truffles. Norman castle ruins and San Martino and Santa Maria del Borgo churches are very interesting to visit.
