This was the seat of the confraternity of "Trinità", suppressed in 1809. It became famous during XVI century for the fights against "Crociati". In 1805 the cathedral was destroyed by an earthquake and then it was built again on a project by architect In Berardino Musenga. It is the most important church in town. The façade is in neoclassical style. Inside there are three wide naves: in the side naves there are two big chapels. In the central one there is an elegant canopy supported by Corinthian capitals.
